We are happy to provide a refund or exchange should you be unsatisfied with an item you have received provided the packaging is unopened the product has not been used. Please send it back to the shop within 7 days of receipt and we'll give you a refund, exchange or credit straight immediately (excluding postal charges).
Items returned to I’m Puzzled must be returned via Recorded Delivery to ensure that the item is received by us. We will not be responsible for items going missing in the post.

Colours shown are approximate, because of the differences in computing and display equipment.
On some handmade products sizes may be approximate and where stated, colours may vary.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched to you, we will happily provide a full refund. If however your order has already been despatched, the products must be returned to us in accordance with the ‘refunds’ procedure. Please note postal costs are not refunded.
