METHODS OF PAYMENT
 
There are 3 methods of payment:
 
  PAYPAL - The primary method of payment for products on this site is Paypal.
   
  CREDIT CARD - If you do not have a Paypal account and do not wish to create one, the payment page gives you the option to 'Pay by Credit Card' or 'Log In and pay by Paypal'. You can therefore select the option to 'Pay by Credit Card'.
   
  PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE - Contact the shop during working hours and make your order and credit card payment over the telephone. In this instance, your credit card receipt will be dispatched to you with your products.
 
POSTAGE, PACKING & RETURNS
   

Delivery information

 
 

Goods are usually delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Where there is a choice of delivery method you will be asked which you would prefer.

Sometimes alternative couriers will be used, particularly for heavy and expensive items. For your reassurance and ours whichever method is used, we guarantee that we only use services which will fully insure your goods and which require a signature on delivery.

Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours (48 hours if ordered over the weekend) If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time please contact us by e-mail on sales@impuzzled.co.uk or by telephoning our shop on  +44 (0)207 284 3267 and quote your order reference number.

We typically only deliver to addresses within the UK, but would be happy to make special arrangements with a customer for overseas delivery.  If this is a service you require, please call the shop on +44 (0)207 284 3267 prior to ordering.
   
Delivery charges  
 
Our delivery charges are as follows
Orders up to £25   -   £3.95 delivery
Orders £25 - £60  -  £5.95 delivery
Orders over £60 Free*

* Only applicable for orders delivered within the UK. If orders include products that are large and/or heavy, please refer to the 'special conditions' below.
   
Special conditions: As you will see, some of our products are large and heavy.  For those items, please call to arrange delivery and we will make the most appropriate arrangements dependent on where you live.
 
Next Day Delivery Next Day Delivery can be arranged on request for orders processed before 4.00pm. To arrange this service, please contact the shop on +44 (0)207 284 3267 prior to ordering to enquire on cost. If this service is required, your order and payment transaction will be completed over the telephone.
 
Out of stock
 

"Out of Stock" products may still be shown on our website, as it’s possible that stock runs out during the day via sales from our retail shop.  If this scenario occurs, we will provide you with an immediate refund. Once the items return back in stock we will send you an email to see if you’d still like to order them.

If you prefer, please feel free to call us on +44 (0)207 284 3267 if you wish to check if an item is in stock. We can then reserve the item for 24hours for you.
 
Returns policy
 

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange should you be unsatisfied with an item you have received provided the packaging is unopened the product has not been used.  Please send it back to the shop within 7 days of receipt and we'll give you a refund, exchange or credit straight immediately (excluding postal charges).

Items returned to I’m Puzzled must be returned via Recorded Delivery to ensure that the item is received by us. We will not be responsible for items going missing in the post.

SPECIFICATIONS/VARIANCES

I’m Puzzled may change any specifications on the products featured on this website without prior notice.

Colours shown are approximate, because of the differences in computing and display equipment.

On some handmade products sizes may be approximate and where stated, colours may vary. 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched to you, we will happily provide a full refund. If however your order has already been despatched, the products must be returned to us in accordance with the ‘refunds’ procedure.  Please note postal costs are not refunded.

WARRANTY

All goods are supplied with full manufacturers' warranties.
